Sales are final after delivery, with two exceptions: we miss the 72-hour deadline, or the snapshot isn’t about your business. In either case you get your money back.

Delivery: a PDF, within 72 hours of your order. Emailed to the address you use at checkout.

Email us at hello@example.com. Include the email you used at checkout and which of the two reasons applies.
Why sales are otherwise final
Each snapshot is information made for one business. Once it’s delivered, it can’t be returned. It is sold as information. We don’t promise rankings, calls or revenue.
